How long is shipping & when can I expect my jewelry?
ALL ORDERS ARE PRE-ORDERED.
Please allow 7-10 business days for jewelry processing & 2-8 days for your jewelry to be delivered to you. Please keep in mind that these are estimated times your package may arrive sooner *business days exclude weekends & holidays*
For CUSTOM JEWELRY PIECES please allow 5-8 weeks for jewelry processing. WE DO NOT HAVE CUSTOM PIECES ON HAND THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE WHICH WILL TAKE LONGER FOR PROCESSING. Your custom piece will be shipped to you after we receive your custom piece. Shipping will take 2-8 days after the processing period.
Holiday shipping: There will be shipping delays during the holidays if this occurs please contact USPS directly for more information on your package.
Does 31k Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! our international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Due to our processing 31K JEWELRY has a NO REFUND/CANCELLATION policy. If you have any concerns about your jewelry piece please contact us 31kJewelryorders@gmail.com
We will NOT issue any refunds or cancellations on an order after it has been CONFIRMED.
We will NOT issue any refunds or cancellations on custom pieces by any means.
Can I RETURN my jewelry pieces?
31K Jewelry has a 5 DAY return policy , this means you have 5 BUSINESS DAYS after your order is marked as delivered to request a return. After the 5 DAY period you are no longer eligible for a return.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be UNWORN UNUSED & IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You must also provide proof of purchase for each item you would like to return. PLEASE NOTE when returning any item you will ONLY receive STORE CREDIT for the ITEM amount. *Shipping and taxes are not included*

What if my address is incorrect?
If by any chance you entered the wrong address at check out please contact us using the contact form on the CONTACT US page. Please enter your first and last name as well as your order number stating your problem and we will fix it!
What if my package was sent back to the sender?
If your package was sent back to us please be aware that YOU will be responsible for the shipping fees. If you would like your package sent back to you we will email an invoice with the shipping fee price. If by any chance you do not want your package sent back to you there will be a RESTOCK FEE of $5 USD deducted from your REFUND total.
What if my jewelry is damaged upon arrival?
Please contact us with photo proof of the damage for investigation this must be completed within 5 days of the delivered date. After 5 days we are no longer liable for any damaged jewelry caused upon arrival.
What if I break my jewelry ?
If you happen to break your jewelry piece please email us with photo proof within 5 days of your delivered date we will refund you deducting $5 USD RESTOCK FEE or we will send you a brand new piece but you must cover all shipping costs.
What if my package is lost/stolen?
31kJewelry IS NOT liable or responsible for any items lost by the carrier. if your package has been lost or stolen contact USPS immediately. If your package has been marked as delivered we will not issue any refunds.

*All jewelry pieces labeled GOLD FILLED can be worn in water without tarnishing for 6-24 months. We are not liable for any jewelry pieces tarnishing after 6 months of the buying date. If by any chance your jewelry tarnishes before 6 months the product may be defective. If this happens please contact us and we will replace it for you for a small fee.*
While our GOLD FILLED Jewelry pieces are made from non-tarnish materials we advise to keep your jewelry pieces away from any chemical substances and limit how many times you put it in water to maintain it's shine.
